Cathi & Butch Novotney
Cathi and Butch came to Alaska in 1973 from Wisconsin. At which time Butch and his parents Bob and Betty (hence B&B) started B&B Automatic Transmission in the same location their at today.
Butch took over the business completely January 1st of 1990 when Bob and Betty decided to retire.
Amy is the first person to greet you when you call or when you arrive at B&B. Amy is the Service Writer, and with a warm and dynamic personality will walk you through your vehicles needs.
Amy has been with B&B since 1993 and will surprise you with her knowledge of vehicles. But more important is Amy's desire to earn ones trust.
Oh ya ..... Did I mention Amy is our daughter.
Rebuilder / Diagnostician
John has worked for B&B for over 14 years and been a transmission and torque converter rebuilder since 1980. John grew up in the transmission business working for his father.

Michael joined our team in 2014. A very talented techician who is willing to tackle any job given to him. And one of the nicest guys around!
